Maintenance technicians have direct access to latest technical specifications, photographs, video clips, audio descriptions and drawings that we have on our databases.

Bulletins

Information about the latest technical problems and fixes is made available minutes after the engineers decide to put it on-line. No longer is there a weeks-to-months lead-time to publish and mail the bulletins.

Drawings

Drawings, field modifications and manuals are available to everyone within seconds of it being updated in technical bulletins for online viewing or to be downloaded. Field modifications are fed back to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) engineering departments if that is appropriate.

Part Numbers

Maintenance technicians can look up part numbers from exploded drawings. By moving the mouse cursor to the part, they can then drag its number to an order form, from where our system takes over and adds the Purchase Order number, shipping address and then process the order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every item of every piece of equipment has a list of Frequently Asked Questions. FAQs are online and available 24 hours a day for when the maintenance technicians have a question about the equipment, its operating or maintenance specifications.

Technical Assistance

Field personnel have direct access to a search facility, allowing them to search for solutions or explanations on how to solve complicated or uncommon problems. If such a solution or explanation is not immediately available, it will be escalated to our team who will search for the answers. Once an answer is found, it will immediately be sent this to the relevant maintenance crews.
