Work orders are generated and transmitted electronically to the appointed (contracted) workforce, stating when the work has to start and showing a "reasonable" time in which to complete the job.

The Task Manager, a subsidiary function of Work Management, also includes a way of setting daily priorities as a way of handling deferrals or cancellations of planned work for the incorporation of daily breakdowns. The feedback processes also allow the maintenance crew to record data that permits future analysis of job delays with a view to eliminating or reducing those delays.

Work Management also includes the following processes:

Consolidate Work Requests

"Smart Scheduling" means coordinating all Preventive Maintenance activities for related assets, then using our solution's scheduling capabilities to plan ahead and consolidate maintenance events, ensuring that all necessary resources and materials are available for the time that the equipment is scheduled to be out of service. This will maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.

Manage Production Plan

As part of this process, we identify the common procedures and tasks, making sure that we include all anticipated spares requirements, labour and tools. We list the labour by craft to determine the Preventive Maintenance schedule.

Lastly, we review the manufacturer's recommendations and perhaps alter it according to past experiences.
