Our utility management services are categorised into five distinct lines, namely: revenue management, infrastructure asset management, utility consulting, knowledge management and customer relationship management. All of these lines of services are focused on the electricity, gas and water utility environments. It is customised to meet the specific needs of the utility companies and municipalities, commercial and industrial businesses and office and housing developments.
Agulhas offers a total solution to utility operations. It covers all aspects of the utility management value chains; from data collection and revenue management, asset creation and management, infrastructure development and maintenance.
We utilises a comprehensive suite of proprietary and/or licensed software products, developed and designed on an open, modular, multi-tiered basis. These software solutions are rich in features and integrate and distribute data throughout the utility enterprise and enables management to make informed and timely decisions, respond rapidly to changes and malfunctions, monitor consumption activities and achieve unparalleled operational efficiencies.

Agulhas offers its services on three levels:
Outsourcing
The revenue management, infrastructure asset management and/or customer relationship management operations of the utility companies and municipalities, commercial and industrial businesses or office and housing developments are outsourced to the Agulhas on a contract basis. On a per project basis, utility companies and municipalities and /or commercial and industrial businesses that want to improve their in-house operations, engage Agulhas for the utility consulting and/or knowledge management services.
Concessions
Agulhas Utilities Corporation takes over the revenue management, work and asset management and/or customer relationship management operations for and on behalf of the relevant utility companies and municipalities, commercial and industrial businesses and/or office and housing developments on a concession basis.
